Custom black and gray, illustrative, and color tattoos in Salisbury

## About

I am Pico, a Maryland-based tattoo artist creating custom black and gray, neotraditional, illustrative, and color tattoos. I help clients turn meaningful ideas, favorite stories, and bold concepts into artwork. My approach blends thoughtful composition with expressive detail, whether I am building a full sleeve, shaping a dark realism piece, or adding a vivid standalone tattoo. Every project begins with collaboration with me and the client.
